Delia Orsini “Dritta” monovarietal organic Extra Virgin olive oil is pressed exclusively with well ripened olives, carefully selected during the harvest at our farm, after which the olive oil is named. Since 2012 the olive grove has received the organic certification by one of the main Italian control bodies (Suolo & Salute).
We harvest “Dritta” olives, an ancient local variety from Abruzzo, from which we press a monovarietal organic olive oil that stands out for its almond and artichoke scents and for its high level of poliphenols.
The olive oil is stored in the farm warehouse inside steel tanks which prevent olive oil to get in contact with air, avoiding oxidation. As need, we can provide our Extra Virgin olive oil in 250, 500 and 750 ml dark glass bottles with a practical cap that eases the seasoning of your favourite dishes.
The smallest size can is an ideal option for those who like practical solutions, the medium size can for those who prefer to have always a small reserve of their favourite olive oil, while the biggest one is perfect for large families that use it daily and love Italian dishes.
